Well after a lot of Googling around I found out that there is no yum package for qmail.
There is however qmailtoaster which has rpm's and a nice little tutorial on how to install it on the link below.
For those of you who are new to email administration and dont know which MTA to choose

P.S. Qmail has not been updated since 1998
